How to whiten teeth at home in one day with baking soda

All You Will Need:
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 Toothbrush

Mix the baking soda with the lemon juice untill you end up with a paste
Put some of this mixture on your toothbrush and gently brush your teeth with it.
Continue doing this for 2 minutes and then rinse your mouth with water.

Caution
+ Do it 2 times per week for 3 weeks.
+ This remedy is quite strong and must not be used regularly as it can damage the enamel of your teeth

Snow has such positive reviews that we had to try for ourselves. They were also offering an amazing BOGO deal for the Black Friday Holiday - perfect for Christmas! First I bought the whitener gel, thinking I could use it in my old tooth trays that I got from the dentist. When I couldn't find them, I went back and got the whole kit which comes with the LED light, mouth tray and a couple of tubes of gel.
It works great. My teeth were getting pretty yellow, and after just 5 or 6 times of using it (15 minutes, each evening) I can see a noticeable difference. The gel I used to use with my old whitening kit that I got from the dentist really made my mouth sore after a few days -- the gel from Bright White Smiles doesn't seem to do that.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and will purchase again!

Literally 0 difference in teeth whiteness, but it bleached spots on my gums soooo take that as you will. Burns like hell and got 0 results. There’s plenty of 5 stars on here so hopefully you’ one of them if you get it, but good lord was that a waste of $40

used product twice . First order worked very well, gel is harsh on gums so be careful. ordered a second time to further the whitening from the first order with very little to no results . second order was ineffectual gel was not harsh on my gums at all . seemed very mild compared to first order with no active ingredient

This is one of the better whitening kits I've ever used - and very affordable compared to going to the dentist for whitening. The first thing I noticed was that the strips are larger than other strips I've tried in the past...I really liked how these strips covered so much of my teeth. Even better was that I could actually notice my teeth being whiter after only 3-4 days of use. There are so many strips in the box I decided to stop after a few days and save the rest for the next time my teeth need to a boost of whitening. I highly recommend giving these strips a try!

I like the way these stick to your teeth compared to some of the other brands, they were definitely noticeably whiter as well. I was just using them once a day, but for the best results definitely follow the instructions and do them twice a day. Sometimes my teeth get a little sensitive so I was trying to give them a break. I do think I would have had better results had I did them twice a day. But I think these will be my new white strips from here on out

I can’t say enough good things about this whitening kit! I’ve used white strips for 10+ years and have always had success, but the process was time consuming, messy, and I end up with a lot of tooth sensitivity and sore gums.

This kit only takes 10 minutes (x2 a day), and you paint the gel directly on your teeth. Using the light speeds up the whitening process and also keeps the mess to a minimum. I can actually multitask while using... something always promised, but never realized with strips. And I experienced absolutely no tooth or gum pain.

I noticed results after a couple of days. I applied the gel liberally to my entire smile and only used one tube for the entire treatment. I was hesitant to order because this was twice as much as other kits, but I think it’s a great value since I have extra tubes to use for touch-ups later on.
